We are working with a leading telecommunications company who are looking to employ an Administrator on a full-time, ongoing contract.

This is a remote role, however you will be required to travel to their Solihull-based offices two to three times per week.

This client is looking to pay £10p/h for this role.


Responsibilities of the Administrator will include:

  • Providing administrative support to colleagues across multiple departments.
  • Management of system databases and ensuring they're updated and orderly.
  • General office management such as ordering office supplies and stationery.
  • Diary management and arranging appointments.
  • Answering incoming calls and taking messages as required and redirecting calls if needed.
  • Taking minutes.

To be considered for the role of Administrator you will require:

  • Significant experience in Administration.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£10.00 per hour
