Description
Our client is one of the largest distributors of equipment to the printing and graphic arts industries and they are now looking for a new member to join their successful team.
This is a key role in a high-pressure spare parts environment, requiring excellent communication skills, computer literacy, with some sales experience, and a flair for building relationships with customers and suppliers.
As a Spare Parts & Returns Co-ordinator you will liaise between suppliers and customers to identify and supply spare parts.
You will also be responsible for dealing with invoice queries, returns, following-up quotations and mail shots, as well as general order taking and computerised invoicing duties.
You must be able to work well as part of a team.Key Tasks
- To deal with all goods inwards in relation to returned parts from customers & Technicians
- Encompass all laid down procedures to ensure efficient completion of all goods inwards notes & returns
- To deal with and resolve all customer invoice queries & returns and raise credits as necessary
- To maintain and control all outstanding credit notes from manufacturers
- Liaise with Accounts Department on a regular basis to ensure that invoice queries are deal with within the agreed period
- Raise nonconformances in accordance with ISO procedures as required
- To accurately & efficiently deal with all customer requests for spare parts, quotations and any spares related issues
- To follow up quotations to customers in an effort to secure sales.
- To have an active and creative involvement in telesales marketing and promotion
- To accurately input orders onto the computer system. Prepare and forward purchase orders to suppliers.
Your must be able to travel daily to the company location on the Hemel Hempstead Industrial Estate.
