Partnering with our Clinical Division to create and deliver our strategy to attract pioneers that lead with empathy, and build diverse teams who deliver excellence.


THE OPPORTUNITY


In the role of Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing a strategic partnership with designated functional areas and key senior stakeholders to enable Healios' ability to scale.

You will lead the TA team within your functional area.

As Lead, you will be responsible for thinking creatively, solutions lead and be able to challenge to ensure we stay centred to Healios culture as we scale, as well as enabling us to meet business objectives.


  • Solid understanding of the healthcare market and experience recruiting into clinical roles
  • Experience recruiting within mental health or neurodevelopment
  • Public (NHS) and private sector experience
  • Mix of both agency and inhouse experience highly desirable
  • Owns recruitment data/reporting & Senior stakeholder engagement
  • Delivers Hiring team training and upskilling to ensure Healios interview standards are met
  • Works with mínimal supervision and oversight
  • Implements and chairs hiring committees
  • Advises on recruitment process and strategy
  • Focused on continuous improvement across the function
  • Drives direct hiring across all roles
  • Brings a range of strategies and experience to deliver talent in a challenging market
  • Organises/owns recruitment activity (networking events, conferences, Social media, Blog content)
  • Manages Talent team within their ownership areas
  • Manages agency partnership model to ensure quality and ROI
  • Control of spend and ROI on spend within your area
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met
To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:

  • Ability to work with Stakeholders at senior levels within the business with a proven record of high performance that impacts at a strategic level for the organisation
  • Ability to scale and grow the Clinical Talent Acquisition team to support business objectives and goals
  • Expert within Talent Acquisition process management: knowledge of outstanding Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Ability to manage the hiring process from start to finish, but also will recommend changes to help meet hiring goals and be a leader in the market.
  • Autonomy: Able to self direct and manage with a complex workload
  • Recruitment events: experience running and owning recruiting events, to attract talent from the passive market
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with peers in TA function to help drive and shape Healios TA strategy, as well as with key stakeholders on solutions led approach to business requirements
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Ability to help execute the D&I talent strategy across different functions for the business.
