Responsibilities:


  • Communicate in a friendly, professional manner with all staff, suppliers and customers.
  • Encourage staff to improve their sales performance.
  • Look for ways to improve store performance.
  • Prepare reports on sales and growth.
  • Recruit, train and manage new sales staff.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
