Strategic Sales Director
A leading luxury beauty company is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead its UK branch in London, with occasional travel required.
The successful candidate will oversee the Sales, Logistics, and Training functions, driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Sales Director or similar role, preferably within the luxury beauty industry.
Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial approach to business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivering outstanding results.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to develop and manage high-performing Sales teams.
Strong understanding of digital sales, MS Office, and CRM systems.
Experience working with retail partners, customer relationships, and customer experience lifecycles.
