CMA Recruitment Group are recruiting for an Interim Financial Accountant to join an established Chichester based distribution business for a period of c6 months.

This role offers home working for c3 days per week.


What will the Interim Financial Accountant role involve?

  • Reporting to the Head of Finance the Interim Financial Accountant will play a key role in the production of all external reporting including statutory and regulatory requirements for multiple entities;
  • Preparation of consolidated accounts;
  • Control account reconciliations, ensuring best practice and the review of accounting standards and their impact on group reporting;
  • Evolution of internal processes and ensuring reporting accuracy;
  • Leadership of one person in the finance team and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Applicants for the role will ideally be practice trained or possess relevant industry experience;
  • Experience of consolidations within a group company environment;
  • Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post qualified experience relevant to the role;
  • Strong communication skills and able to partner effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
