Are you interested in becoming a flexible 1 to 1 tutor outside of mainstream schools for children with additional needs?
At TP Tutors we have an exciting opportunity to help pupils in Didcot with intervention support.

This role is ideal if you have previously worked with SEN children as a teacher, teaching assistant, one to one or through tutoring.


What are we looking for in a Intervention tutor?

  • Experience of working with SEN children.
  • Able to plan and deliver engaging sessions based around the needs of the learner.
  • Ability to develop effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Able to track progress and plan next steps in children's learning towards their learning outcomes.


The SEN tutor roles are based in the Didcot area, which is easily accessible via car or public transport and has links with other towns nearby.


If you are looking to add experience of working with SEN children to your CV then this role is ideal for you.


Working hours are between Monday to Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm approximately, but you may be offered additional duties and responsibilities outside of these hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
