Responsibilities:
Your role will include the below (but not be limited to)
- Proactive monitoring of IT systems
- Helpdesk and incident management
- Router/Firewall configuration and troubleshooting
- Providing onsite and remote support
- Networking protocols including TCP/IP
- User, PC and server configuration
- System checks including backup and antivirus monitoring and reporting
- Active Directory on Windows Server 2012 and upwards
- Powershell scripting
- Microsoft Office 36
- Microsoft Exchange 2010 and upwards
- Remote Desktop Servers
- Windows 8/10 Desktop OS Support
Attributes:
- 3 years of experience within the skill set seen above
- Team player
- Keen to learn
- Confident communicating over the phone
