Requirements:

Minimum 12 months experience in Social Care is essential (must have at least 6 months UK experience)
Knowledge and understanding of autism and knowledge of effective strategies for managing challenging behaviours
Be proactive and engaging with the service users you are supporting
Flexible availability to accommodate varying shift patterns, including weekends and evenings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference
Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is desirable
