An opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 registered Mental Health Nurse to lead the Older Persons Community Mental Health Team based at Lymington Hospital.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic nurse who is passionate about working with older people with mental health problems.

The team aspires to deliver high quality care to our patients as well as being a supportive environment, giving all staff the opportunity for learning and development.

The applicant will require previous experience of managing an OPMH CMHT.


As a practitioner we will support you to develop your career in the direction you want to go and we have several practitioners currently undertaking the ACP training programme.


The supportive leadership team promote the development of our services to provide the best outcomes for our patients and we know that to achieve this we need to invest in our staff through creating a good working environment and providing extensive training opportunities.

We are also open to flexible ways of working with hybrid working available.
