Role Purpose:


Support the Customer Experience Manager and Customer Engagement and Digital Inclusion Business Partner to ensure work is organised and well planned and allow their resources to focus on delivering organisational engagement strategies and business department plans, to support NCH strategic aims.


To support NCH transformation in implementing the launch of the new NCH App whilst continuing to evolve our digital engagement methods and services.

Continue to build the digital skills and capabilities of our customers to access our services online to ensure NCH remain a 'digital by choice' association as per our Customer Voice Strategy and commitments.


Specifically, the Apprentice Social Media and Digital Administrator
will:

  • Support with increasing the number of customers signed up to our new Customer App due for launch this Spring.
  • Assist with managing App membership and administration process
  • Contribute to the management of daytoday queries or requests from customers who are unable to use App or register as per process.
  • Work closely with call centre colleagues to help them resolve customers queries.
  • Continue to find engaging ways to increase the number of customers signed up to our online community NCH Connected
  • Support the NCH Connected working group to hit their monthly post targets
  • Creation of graphics, video edits and marketing using Adobe Spark
  • Management and monitoring of the NCH Connected inbox
  • Assist in providing a full and professional service to support Customer Engagement activities, to ensure high quality, effective services are delivered to the business and customers to enable the achievement of key priorities and objectives.
  • Support in NCHC Social Media campaigns in conjunction with other service areas and outside partner organisations
  • Support the management of NCH customer online community, assisting with collection of good news stories, soft engagement and evergreen content and making regular posts on social media.
  • Support in Core Data collection of Customers who interact with NCH Digitally through social media and the NCH APP
  • Identify requests for service and follow up action identified through our developing social media channels
  • Engagement and administration of customer steering and focus groups
  • Administration and coordination of analytics, data and learning through media channels

For this role you will be working towards achieving a Level 3 in Social Media for Business qualification. We are looking for someone who has a passion and drive to develop their digital media skills
