Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Ground Works working Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and managing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organisation.


You will be working on a bespoke multi million pound residential development that will be utilising your skills in the civil development of the project.

Earthworks and Drainage experience is a must on this project.

You must have CSCS Card and SMSTS Or SSSTS


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Oversee daytoday operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive projects and initiatives forward
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

Experience:


  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment

Job Type:
Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£27.50-£28.00 per hour
