Sense is currently recruiting for a Support Team Assistant to work 22.5 hours per week, either Mon-Fri or 9-5 3 days a week, at our warehouse in Crayford; on a permanent basis.


Each year, over four million people buy an item from us, so our shops play a pivotal role in raising funds to make a difference to the lives of those who find it difficult to communicate and connect with the world.


Your role will be to assist the Online Manager to effectively manage the day to day running of the Online Department with the aim of achieving optimum profit by maximizing sales.


Key duties include:


  • Carry out a range of administrative duties to meet the department's support needs.
  • Ensure that all shops all fully supported in communication and support materials.
  • Support and maintain all aspects of the Gift aid management and compliance.

Key skills and experience required:


  • Experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems.
  • Good computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and publisher.
  • Good interpersonal skills both written and verbal. Ability to work methodically, accurately and with attention to detail.
