We are currently looking to recruit Care Support Workers who have a natural passion for care. This is an exciting opportunity to join our diverse teams across the Village to support our residents or tenants.

Our Care Support Workers take great pride in everything they do and ensure that person centred care and inclusion is at the core of the service they provide.

Our philosophy is 'People First, Disability Second', empowering adults with a learning disability to live the life they choose.

The role is varied with no two days being alike.

You should be comfortable in supporting our people with their personal hygiene needs, emotional needs and social activities whilst ensuring our ethos and philosophy remain at the centre of what we do.

There will be an element of household tasks including shopping, some cleaning and possibly cooking.

We are looking to recruit to full and part time roles with flexible shift patterns of 12 hours (days, nights, weekends) experience is not essential as full training will, Long Service Award, Staff Discounts in our on-site Coffee Shop and Charity Shop, Refer a Friend Scheme.
