Reed Finance are partnered with a well-recognised business with truly global reach, in the recruitment for a Finance Business Partner to join them on permanent basis.
This is a hands-on, strategic position developing key partnerships between senior finance and non-financial executives within the business.

Ideally you will be a qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) accountant, with demonstrable experience of interpreting and explainingkey financial data and reporting to non-financial managers.

As Financial Business Partner, your key duties will include:

Monthly management accounting and variance analysis
Developing key partnerships between senior executives and departments
Analysing business positioning and performance, to prepare Budgets and Forecasts
Lead on developing financial reporting and streamlining processes
Analysis of the profitability and feasibility of projects
Attending and reviewing regular stakeholder meetings to offer analysis and advice
A finance qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
Proven experience within a dynamic accounting environment, including management and financial accounting and reporting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Advanced MS Excel skills
