What you'll do


The Fund Administration team oversees the fund administration process for the Federated Hermes unitised funds, ensuring the appropriate oversight and financial controls are in place.

As a key member of this small team, you will liaise regularly with variousinternal teams in the UK and the US in order to collate management information (MI) and reports for the business.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in ad-hoc projects, such as co-ordinating procedure reviews and will attend meetings with arange of stakeholders across the business.

As a result, this is a role where your ability to organise and gather data into meaningful, easily digested reports will be of great use - and of course, you will gain further exposure to the broader workings of theFund Administration team.

Your responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:

  • Co-ordinating across a variety of internal teams to produce minutes, collate reports, and gather MI in relation to the business's workings;
  • Producing monthly investor analyses for the Senior Management Team;
  • Building collaborative and positive working relationships with various thirdparty suppliers; and
  • Engaging in regular policy and procedure reviews.

Who we're looking for


You will likely be a recent graduate or school-leaver, ideally with experience of working as part of a busy team, as well as some exposure to handling large amounts of data and a high-volume workload.

You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of whatit takes to deliver great customer service in a deadline-driven role.

Experience of using Excel and other IT packages will also come in handy and you will be someone who enjoys working with data, and for whom accuracy is important.
