Description
To participate in the delivery of patients nutritional care, including implementing patient care plans.

To assist the dietitian with teaching health care professionals and patients in the area of food and nutrition in the community settings To assist the Dietitian with ongoing contact with patients and carers To carry out straight forward patient reviews and weights.

To be responsible for the ordering and stock level of nutritional products. To assist with or carry out audit in the work area to support the dietitian.

To support meetings, resource development and organise events. To assist with the coordination of group sessions and health promotion events To review patients acceptance of nutritional supplements Please refer to Job description and personal Specification for outline of skills, knowledge and experience required
