Customer Service Advisor
We are looking to recruit, two Customer Service Advisors to join our existing team at our site in Colwick working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Processing customer enquiries
- Taking customer payments
- Setting up new customer orders on the internal system
Remuneration and benefits:
- £22-£23k per annum, depending on your skills and experience
- Positions available: 1 permanent and 1 Maternity cover
- Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00.
