Future Directions CIC have an exciting opportunity for a Values Driven compliance administrator This role will play a key aspect to Future Directions CIC success, by assisting the organisation to recruit and retain values driven support workers, team managers and office based staff.

The successful individual will be values driven and will understand the full recruitment life cycle.

The job holder will support the entire recruitment process managing both internal and external stakeholders from agreeing requirements with hiring managers, writing and placing adverts, shortlisting, and supporting interviewing, managing the offer and completing compliance checks to ensure safe recruitment is achieved.


Added to this, you will ensure that managers with recruitment responsibilities are adequately understand and follow best practice adhering to the legal requirements around recruitment and selection.


Main Duties:


  • Manage and coordinate the selection and assessment processes including CV sifts, ensuring all resourcing processes meet legal requirements and are fair, fit and inclusive.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely and costeffective recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on best practice recruitment and compliance requirements
  • Accurate and timely management of documentation and reporting.
  • Administer the process for new employees, for example; prepare contracts, offer letters and ensuring preemployment checks i.e. right to work, qualifications and references meet statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with line managers/relevant departments to ensure they are aware of start dates etc.
  • Production of a weekly report with updates on recruitment.
  • Arrange and conduct exit interviews for all staff either face to face or electronically. Provide feedback accordingly.
  • Complete any Human Resources administration duties as requested.

The post holder must:


  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained in accordance with legal (Data Protection Act) and organisation protocols, policies and procedures
  • Maintain their own Personal Development Plan/Profile and make it available when required by the service
  • In order to meet personal development, service user need and statutory requirements, undertake mandatory training and participate in training events at appropriate intervals i.e. classroom, elearning, in house, on job training
  • Follow Organisation policy and respond appropriately to concerns, complaints or compliments.

Essential Requirements;

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to use IT packages for the role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of statutory legislation related to employment practice.

Hours of Work

  • The post is 37.5 hours per week and some flexibility will be required in hours.

Annual Leave

  • 25 days per annum to be taken, plus 8 Bank Holidays.
If successful you must be able to complete a full paid induction, within the first month of employment. Please note the induction will take place at Ram Mill, Chadderton, Oldham, OL9.
