Description

Have you been a cleaner or housekeeper previously or have experience of the cleaning industry? Do you have strong organisational skills?
We are looking for someone to help coordinate our cleaning jobs.

We have a number of clients and a number of cleaners, and your role would be to find the right cleaner for the client.

Whether it is a new client or a client whose cleaner can no longer do that job, you would need to look at the cleaners available and then find a cleaner to take on that job.

In addition, if a cleaner is sick or has time off booked meaning they can not cover a job, it would be your responsibility to find a stand-in cleaner for that client.

Prior knowledge of domestic cleaning or cleaning work is an advantage as knowing what the job entails in order to know who to place in each home is very important. Each client will have individual needs and each cleaner will have different jobs they prefer.

You will be working with cleaners and clients throughout London, so good knowledge of the City is essential.

Also, although the work will be remote (you will work from home), you will work closely with the owner of the company, who is based in the City, so
you need to live in London in order to have occasional in person meetings.

You will be using our database, so some computing knowledge is required and as you will be dealing with both our clients and cleaners,
a great telephone manner and communication skills are essential.

Due to telephone communication,
you must be able to speak English fluently.

The number of hours will be varied, as some weeks there will be more jobs to cover, some weeks there will be less, and each job will take a different amount of time to allocate a cleaner.

However you must be available for around
10 hours per week on average.

The hours can be flexible, so ideal to fit around having a family for instance, but you will need to have time during office hours to complete the work.

Pay is based on job allocations, you will be paid per allocation but the hour rate would typically be around £15 per hour.

Please note, this is a Self Employed position and you must be willing to register with HMRC, it is not cash in hand.

If you think you would be suitable for this role please submit your CV.
