THE ROLE

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven
Trainee Producer/Director to join our Directors department based at our studios in Colchester.

Being part of the Directors department puts you right in the centre of all our exciting projects. Reporting to the
Director, you'll work on creative productions for one of our key accounts.

You'll schedule, coordinate, direct talent and at times self-shoot.

You'll work closely with our in-house creative and commercial teams to deliver the project to the client's deadline and expectations, taking it from initial brief all the way through to the final edit.

The role involves leading small crews as well as working independently.

You will need strong communication and client liaison skills and will be able to work at pace with a willingness to learn.

This is an entry level role, perfect for a film graduate or someone with producing, directing, and/or camera operating experience on small scale productions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Producer / Director / Camera Operator on small scale productions
Experience working with actors/models/presenters preferable
Strong client liaison skills
Ability to work under pressure
Great attention to detail
Ability to problem solve and offer solutions
Solid experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
You will need to hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle
A knowledge and interest in the newest Tech is desirable
Ability to selfshoot is preferred
