TSR Legal are excited to be working with a consumer driven solicitors firm dealing with financial mis-selling claims.

We are looking to recruit a Solicitor to join an established team dealing with claims connection with undisclosed commissions relating tocredit agreements.

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and client driven.

Key responsibilities:

A technically strong litigation solicitor of around 2-4 years PQE working within Civil Litigation;

Dealing with secret commissions claims from inception to completion
Reviewing documents
Calculating claim values
Drafting court documents and letters
Preparing witness statements
Instructing experts
Negotiating settlement
Advising client of settlement offers
Dealing with interim hearings

Key skills:

Experience in financial misselling an advantage
Experience in managing junior members of staff
An understanding of civil procedure rules through litigation experience
Attention to detail and communication skills
Effective time management
Driven, articulate and looking to develop a legal career
Proclaim experience is desirable but not essential

This is a full-time, permanent position Monday - Friday, office based in Swansea. Permanent position.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
