Description

Sirona Medical's Social Work Department are recruiting for a Social Worker for the Children We Care For Team.

Duty:
The team are on duty two days a month. The social worker is expected to be in the office for duty days.
Caseloads are about 18 children Social Workers will always have supervision every four weeks. Plus ad hoc as managers are very available to support colleagues.

A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
Be Social Work England Registered
Be eligible to work within the UK
Be a car driver and have access to a vehicle
To be an experienced Social worker with at least 2/3 years experience in Front line child protection work
Good assessment skills that are able to identify risk
Direct work with children to be able to identify their needs
Good multi agency working experience
Willingness to travel around the county
