Full time 37.5 hrs per week, Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm


The Compliance Coordinator (CC) is responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Management team and to assist and support them in ensuring compliance with company management systems including ISO, Health and Safety and Environmental and HR.


The Compliance Coordinator is also responsible for managing the NRS training system and to co-ordinate, schedule, monitor and support managers in ensure that all training is undertaken in line with company policies and targets.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collect, record, maintain and monitor all overtime and absence to ensure efficient reporting for payroll purposes.
  • Produce information for monthly KPI reporting in order that information is recorded and reported accurately.
  • Responsible for managing the NRS training system and to coordinate, schedule and monitor training, and to support managers in ensuring that all training is undertaken in line with company policies and targets.
  • Produce starter packs for new staff and ensure these are completely correctly. Forward all completed documentation to relevant departments
  • Organise inductions for all new starters and ensure all appropriate training induction training is scheduled and carried out.
  • Ensure managers complete appropriate back to work documentation and file accordingly.
  • When implemented, manage the new staff signing in system (Rota Horizon) on behalf of Managers, producing reports when requested and highlighting any anomalies.
  • Ensure relevant managers are completing all accident investigation paperwork and relevant forms and are recorded accordingly in regards to all accident and incidents occurring on site. Ensure forms are forwarded to HSE department in line with company policies.
  • Ensure all appropriate documents in relation to H&S, Environmental, HR etc. are filed accordingly and kept updated.
  • Collect, administer and file Waste Transfer notes for the depot in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Take Minutes for all requested meetings, back to work, disciplinaries etc. and distribute and then file accordingly.
  • Organise all meetings as requested by management team and arrange refreshments where appropriate.
  • Responsible for Petty Cash within the depot and its distribution to appropriate staff when necessary ensuring recording and filing of all receipts.
  • Responsible for managing and reconciling Depot expense card (Bread card) accordingly. Submit information to Finance monthly.
  • Ensure all invoices received in the depot are sent to finance for processing in a timely manner
  • Arrange hotel bookings, care hire etc. when requested by management team.
  • Type and send letters when requested to support managers.
  • Greet and escort visitors where applicable and ensure visitors and guests are aware of site rules and protocols when in the depot.
  • Complete any admin tasks when requested that are relevant for the role.
