The Role


Our approach is focused on giving brilliant access to the right care for patients when they need it, empowering patients to self-manage, and delivering exceptional patient-centred care - all with a sensible workload for our clinicians.


You will be working within a skilled and friendly team to deliver telephone, online and face-to-face consultations, in the practice or at the patients home.

Supported by a multidisciplinary team of GPs, nurses, pharmacists, physicians, healthcare assistants and additional PCN roles, you will deliver exceptional, holistic patient-centred care for acute, non
- acute and chronic medical conditions. There is a strong lead team of Practice Managers and Clinical Leads to support you throughout your journey, additional back office support services and patient services teams across the practices to assist.

People mean the world to us and we believe in providing great support for all our team members. You will have 1:1 support and protected clinical supervision time with the clinical lead for the practice.

Our Chief Medical Officer ensures quality is at the heart of everything we do, providing a framework for clinical governance and supporting our clinical teams in providing high quality care to our patients.
