up to £65,000 Benefits: Company Car/AllowancePension, Healthcare**Autograph Recruitment are working with a specialist Civil Engineering Contractor in North Waleswho are looking to appoint an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to support with the delivery of a major project in North Wales.

The project valued at£350 Million and is a high profile tunnelling project which will be delivered over the next 6 years.

The company is a successful Tier 1 and has been deliveringprojects over the last 30 years toinclude Highways, Tunnelling, structures, Rail, Utilities and Environmental projectsacross the UK and Europe.

The business is very successful and has a turnoverof over £1 Billion.

The has a great reputation and whilst being involved in major projects joint ventures and frameworks they have also secured several other projects which has resulted in them looking to expand their teams across the region.

The team in Wales led by the Director are looking looking for an experienced H&S specialist with a Civil Engineering background to lead, manage and coordinate the all aspects of health and safety on sites whilst driving continual improvement and ensuringthe wellbeing of the site delivery team.

You will manage a small team but also have responsibility of overseeing several sites,carry out inspection and audits and be responsibility for overall safety on live sites.

BSc or relevant qualification in Civil engineering or relevant
Tier 1 experience (beneficial)
Health & Safety knowledge
CSCS/NEBOSH/IOSH Certificates
Experience of Risk Assessments
Highways/Civil Engineering Experience
Experience of managing a team
Excellent communication skills
