£24,000 to £25,000 per annum plus bonus, Permanent, 08:30 to 17:00pm (M-F), BS37 Yate, Bristol, hybird working, Free lunch daily, free refreshments, on-site parking, pension and holidays, Bonus plus more.

This employee focused organisation, established for 50 years carving their way to be the Market leader within their sector are currently looking to recruit for a customer services representative

to join their team.

Always looking to expand and further their business, this opportunity will see you:

Providing administrative support to the management team and sales team.
Be responsible for incoming customer calls
Ensuring all voice mail messages are directed to the appropriate members of the team.
Maintaining Client records through the CRM system
Creating and providing quotations to clients.
Plus additional ad-hoc administration.

This opportunity as customer services representative will have a need for the successful individual to be a confident IT user, be communicative and have accurate data entry skills.

You will receive training and the support of experienced team members within this role.

This role would see you with a previous / current back ground as a sales executive, customer services administrator or a sales support administrator.
