Description

The Young Person's Advisory Service (YPAS) is a Liverpool based charity that provides a wide range of therapeutic and wellbeing services to address the mental health and emotional well-being difficulties of children, young people, and families.


YPAS's multi-disciplinary teams of therapists and wellbeing practitioners deliver services from three community hubs geographically positioned in the north, south and city centre of the city.

The teams work collaboratively and in partnership with cross sector services within heath, education and social care.

YPAS is seeking to recruit a committed Team Lead to join our established LGBTQ+ service. The

LGBTQ+ children, young people (CYP) and parents.

The is role will work in partnership with a broad range of services to ensure assessable pathways, in addition to promoting the voices of CYP.


Requirements:
Youth work / social work/ mental health or IAG qualification to degree level or equivalent is essential, as is post qualification leadership experience


Salary:
NJC SO2: SCP 25-27: (£33,945 - £35,745)


Contract:
Permanent


Hours: 35 hours per week
