    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Risk Type Officer for the Prevention of Tax Evasion. This role plays a crucial part in identifying and mitigating tax evasion risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a secure financial environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to tax evasion risk management, ensuring our organization's adherence to these standards.
    • Risk Assessment: Participate in dynamic risk assessments to identify potential tax evasion risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    • Policy Development: Contribute to the development of global minimum control standards to manage tax evasion risks and ensure robust control mechanisms are in place.
    • Training and Awareness: Design and deliver training programs to enhance awareness of tax evasion risks among colleagues and stakeholders.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders within Anti-Financial Crime and business units, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.

    Requirements

    • Education: A degree in law or a similar field, or a certified tax advisor qualification, is highly desirable.
    • Experience: Good experience in Anti-Financial Crime, audit, or compliance, with a focus on developing internal policy standards and controls to effectively manage financial crime risk.
    • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in English (knowledge of German is an advantage).
