• Assist in food preparation and meal assembly under the guidance of the Head of Production.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the company.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
• Ensure all food safety protocols are followed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Level 2 Health and Safety Certificate (this is required)
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and practices, and allergy training.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.
