Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly under the guidance of the Head of Production.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the company.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Level 2 Health and Safety Certificate (this is required)
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and practices, and allergy training.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.

Pay:
£11.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
