We are currently recruiting EYFS, KS1 & KS2 Teaching Assistants to work in our client Primary Schools in Maidenhead and surrounding areas.


These roles offer flflexibility with the option to work on either a day-to-day supply or long-term basis, which has an option to possibly lead to permanent placements.


As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will be working in different schools and must be able to provide them with the upmost services and cater to individual school needs.

This will be working with children 1-to-1, in group activities or completing generaltasks within the classroom to support the teacher.


The key skills of Supply Support Staff include:

  • Understanding and managing behaviours and possible occurrences in the setting.
  • Adaptability & flexibility to the individual school and child's requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience with the UK curriculum.
  • The ability to create an inviting and supportive environment to impact on teaching and learning
