Service Coordinator - Oswestry, United Kingdom - Opus Vitae
Description
This role is a customer focused role, which will be based within the existing service team.The position will involve acting as a first point of contact for all customer queries, accepting incoming calls and liaising with the engineering department to book in required services.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday, day shifts 9am - 5pm
Salary:
£22,000 per annum.
Key experience we are looking for...
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including excel and outlook.
- Experience with SAP desirable.
- Prior experience with processing purchase orders and invoices desirable.
Your day to day responsibilities will include...
- Accepting incoming service calls and allocating engineers to attend site within the agreed response times.
- Arranging engineer's return visit whilst keeping the customer updated
- Requesting purchase orders, processing warranty claims and supplier invoices
- Managing the maintenance contract visits for key accounts
- Sourcing, quoting and supplying parts as requested
- Annual stock take of stock held on site at the distribution centres
- Use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, SAP and MAPO

- Oswestry, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
