Description
This role is a customer focused role, which will be based within the existing service team.

The position will involve acting as a first point of contact for all customer queries, accepting incoming calls and liaising with the engineering department to book in required services.


Working hours:
Monday - Friday, day shifts 9am - 5pm


Salary:
£22,000 per annum.


Key experience we are looking for...

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including excel and outlook.
  • Experience with SAP desirable.
  • Prior experience with processing purchase orders and invoices desirable.

Your day to day responsibilities will include...

  • Accepting incoming service calls and allocating engineers to attend site within the agreed response times.
  • Arranging engineer's return visit whilst keeping the customer updated
  • Requesting purchase orders, processing warranty claims and supplier invoices
  • Managing the maintenance contract visits for key accounts
  • Sourcing, quoting and supplying parts as requested
  • Annual stock take of stock held on site at the distribution centres
  • Use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, SAP and MAPO

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Oswestry, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
