Excellent opportunity for a Regional Director to join a well-established Healthcare company who are experiencing an exciting time of growth and expansion.

The Regional Director will be rewarded with:

Salary £70k-£80k
Car allowance
20% bonus

The Regional Director will be responsible for:

Full P & L responsibility
Supporting growth and maximizing profitability
Guiding the leadership teams in region, setting performance objectives, evaluating performance and ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld
Preparing operations and financial reports
Oversee the running of 2 offices with an objective of growth
Leading, developing and managing the Heads of and teams across offices.
Overseeing daily operations and managing budgets
Overseeing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
Supporting with escalated client issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
Appraise and review new initiatives and processes to ensure they work end to end.
Support on ROI review for new services and processes.

The successful Regional Director will have the following skills and attributes:

Have excellent leadership and management skills
Ability to build strong and trusting relationships at all levels
Experience in ensuring operations run smoothly and achieve revenue and growth targets.
Ability to perform efficiently in a highpressure environment
Be able to demonstrate excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
Multi-Site or Multi-Branch experience
