Project Designer - Preston PR EW - Conception Design Associates

Overview:

CDA specialises in commercial catering offering design, supply, installation and fit-out services to the hospitality sector.

Projects can vary from education and healthcare through to independent and stadia.

We are seeking an organised and proactive designer to work individually, and as part of the team to support CAD, interiors, visualisation and estimating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site surveys and client briefs.
• Concept and interior mood boards.
• General arrangement and commercial catering CAD.
• CGI modelling and rendering.
• Commercial catering and fit-out estimating.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong computer literacy, including google workspace (preferred) and emails.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional and approachable manner.

Desirables:

• Experience in hospitality design.
• Experience in catering design.
• Experience in SketchUp and Enscape / D5 rendering software.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
