Step Teachers is in partnership with a primary school located on the outskirts of Huntingdon, and are actively seeking a Full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP until the end of the academic year (19th July). You will be working with Year 4 in the mornings and Reception in the afternoons.

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant

:

Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Provide oneonone support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
Assist with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment.
Help assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Requirements of a Teaching Assistant

:

Minimum of 3 months of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UKbased educational setting is essential
Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable
Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.
