Who we are looking for:
Two cleaners to ensure our new coworking space opening in January 2023 is kept sparkling year-round
We are looking for reliable team members, ideally with some prior housekeeping or cleaning experience.
Where you will be based:
Bayspace, 6-7 Fernlea Terrace, St Ives, Cornwall, TR26 2BH.
Responsibilities:
Our evening and morning cleaners will be responsible for refreshing Bayspace daily, across all areas of the space including private offices, hot desking areas, communal areas, meeting rooms, event space, café, terrace, bathrooms and kitchens.
Daily duties will consist of:
- Vacuuming
- Dusting
- Cleaning crockery
- Cleaning of kitchens
- Cleaning of bathrooms
- Emptying bins
- Opening/locking the workspace

Salary**:
£10-£15 per hour (depending on contract)
Hours: 15 hours per week minimum, morning or evening shifts
Holiday: 30 days per annum (pro-rata), if permanent
