What's the role about?:Recruitment Administrator
Are you looking for a flexible part time role, largely based from home?
Want to make a difference in a team with your mad organisational skills and keen attention to detail?
Part time, Permanent
Working:
18 to 21 hours over 3 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Location:
Remote working with 2-3 days per month in Winnersh Triangle (RG41)
What is the role?
- Deliver a positive and professional experience to prospective employees
- Obtain information and documents for new starters and process the details over to the relevant teams
- Offer jobs and processing right to work checks
- Update and maintain the recruitment database
- Post adverts and monitor response
- Ad hoc research and reports

What are we looking for?
- Organised and very detail oriented
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment
- The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workloads and manage time effectively
- A confident and effective communicator
- A strong customer focus (to applicants as well as internal teams)
- A positive attitude and team player
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
