What's the role about?:


Recruitment Administrator

Are you looking for a flexible part time role, largely based from home?

Want to make a difference in a team with your mad organisational skills and keen attention to detail?

Part time, Permanent

Working:
18 to 21 hours over 3 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Location:

Remote working with 2-3 days per month in Winnersh Triangle (RG41)


What is the role?

  • Deliver a positive and professional experience to prospective employees
  • Obtain information and documents for new starters and process the details over to the relevant teams
  • Offer jobs and processing right to work checks
  • Update and maintain the recruitment database
  • Post adverts and monitor response
  • Ad hoc research and reports

What are we looking for?

  • Organised and very detail oriented
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment
  • The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workloads and manage time effectively
  • A confident and effective communicator
  • A strong customer focus (to applicants as well as internal teams)
  • A positive attitude and team player
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
