What's the role about?:

Recruitment Administrator

Are you looking for a flexible part time role, largely based from home?

Want to make a difference in a team with your mad organisational skills and keen attention to detail?

Part time, Permanent

Working:
18 to 21 hours over 3 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Location:

Remote working with 2-3 days per month in Winnersh Triangle (RG41)

What is the role?

Deliver a positive and professional experience to prospective employees
Obtain information and documents for new starters and process the details over to the relevant teams
Offer jobs and processing right to work checks
Update and maintain the recruitment database
Post adverts and monitor response
Ad hoc research and reports

What are we looking for?

Organised and very detail oriented
Experience working in a fastpaced environment
The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workloads and manage time effectively
A confident and effective communicator
A strong customer focus (to applicants as well as internal teams)
A positive attitude and team player
Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
