The Renault Programme is the industry leading training you will need to become fully qualified as a Parts Consultant.

As a Parts Consultant you would be involved in a variety of tasks ranging from:

Dealing with technicians, other companies and the general public
Answering the telephone
Taking orders
Ordering parts
Checking parts
Putting stock orders away
Pre picking workshop orders
Dealing with Technical issues

Person Requirements
Need to be a qualified Parts Advisor with computer skills and DMS knowledge.

Functional Skills in English, Maths, ICT (if required.)

Full UK drivers license but not essential
