Based in West London, this is a full time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and this role is to support our client's sheltered team.
You will be the first point of contact for residents so it will often be reporting repairs for them, signposting them to the right places for queries etc.
The postholder will provide administrative and customer service support to meet the varied needs of residents living in our client's three sheltered housing schemes.
Reporting into the Neighbourhood and Communities Operations Manager, key elements of this role include:- Making daily welfare calls to customers
- Organising and hosting resident 'coffee mornings'
- Identifying and reporting repairs in communal areas and support residents to report repairs within their own homes.
- Assisting the Sheltered Scheme Officer with the completion of tenancy management tasks such as viewings for vacant properties and income related queries
- Completing administrative tasks, such as letters to residents, as directed by the Sheltered Scheme Officer
- Successfully embed and deliver the 'Customer Offers' to sheltered residents.
- Contribute to the achievement of all KPIs associated with our sheltered schemes
