Our client based in Bournemouth has an immediate requirement for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join their small team of IT support desk engineers, with key responsibilities to include:

  • Office 365 administration (setting up new users, resetting passwords, other admin tasks).
  • Basic 1st line troubleshooting of IT issues.
  • General office duties to assist with the smooth running of the business and relationships with our clients.


Applicants will ideally have some MSP experience but it's not essential (if not MSP experience, must have some helpdesk experience) and an interest in IT and a desire to learn.

The right mindset is more important than experience, the company are willing and able to teach you everything you need to know about IT, but you have to want to work hard and be a good team player.

This is a full-time permanent position with an immediate start available; days and hours of work to be discussed at interview.

We are able to offer a salary of £17,000 - £22,000 DOE (plus pension and other benefits); the company are also able to offer a clearpath for progression to 2nd & 3rd line support.

Based in central Bournemouth, onsite parking is available, and it is just a 5 minute walk to Bournemouth Pier. You must be able to get to central Bournemouth (near Lansdown) for 08:30 am start.
