Senior Recruiter - Accountancy & Finance, Manchester City Centre.

£35,000 - £45,000 basic plus commission, amazing offices overlooking the city, regular team events and weekends away, a dedicated L & D team with huge investment in training and development of their staff.

Responsibilities:

Working within a team of experienced Recruiters where you will have warm leads to build and expand your book of business.
Building strong relationships with existing clients to increase the market share of inbound vacancies.
Negotiating fees with clients.
Selling the Accountancy and Finance service to prospective clients whilst building relationships.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
