Our Digital Solutions group have specialist capabilities that as an OEM, leverage our IoT platform (Lumada) We have solutions and services across APM, EAM, FSM and more and we work in partnership with our sister company, Hitachi Energy to support our largest customers.

What you'll be doing


Working with several Utilities customers in the UK&I performing a hybrid role, firstly supporting the existing FSM system (Service Suite) Secondly, acting as a consultant and presales specialist as the customer transitions away from Service Suite in the coming years.

As a presales/consultant you will gain a deep understanding of the customers requirements, challenges, technical landscape and be able to position the Hitachi E2E solution over our competitors.


What you bring to the team

  • Customer facing, consultancy experience gained in the FSM space with a knowledge or one (or more) of Service Suite, ClickSoftware, IFS & other recognised FSM platforms
  • Presales expertise, the ability to run workshops, illicit requirements, perform solution design (HLD/LLD)
  • Outstanding communication skills, written, verbal and listening with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders and audiences
  • A broad technical understanding of both the FSM software and associated components: C#,.NET, SQL, Windows, Azure
