Role Overview:

As a Front of House Team Member at 22 Yards you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest receives a memorable dining experience.

Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming and hospitable environment for patrons, while also assisting in various front-of-house operations to maintain the smooth flow of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide recommendations on food and wine selections.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of service and uphold the overall ambiance of the establishment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a customerfacing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong passion for food and wine is required
• WSET Level 2 or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.

£11.44 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 35 per week

• Night shift
• Weekend availability
