Job description

Are you an experienced
Motor Insurance Broker interested in joining a growing, successful broking team supporting customers by arranging commercial passenger carrying motor insurance? If so, this role will be of interest to you.

Day to day responsibilities of an Experienced Motor Insurance Broker

• New business quotations, adjustments and renewals through use of IT systems
• Development of team members
• Allocation work tasks
• Cross sell products and/or lead generate to other teams
• Maintain relationships with insurers

Success is measured by new business converted, renewal retention and customer satisfaction.


Motor Insurance Broker - Person Specification

• Ideally at least three years previous experience in a similar
  Insurance Broking role
• Good standard of general education and literacy
• Willingness to be flexible, learn and progress
• Chartered Insurance Institute exam support
• Confident telephone manner
• Reliable and supportive team player
• Competent user of IT systems, specifically MS365 (Outlook, Word etc.)
