Customer Service Advisor

£13.44 per hour

Andover

Full Time | Temporary to Permanent

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a customer service advisor to join the team.

In return, our client is offering a salary of
£13.44 per hour 25 days holiday, onsite parking.

This is a full-time, temporary to permanent The hours of work will be 9am -5pm Monday to Friday

Reporting to the Line Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to all customer queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaise with external departments on delivery SLA's
  • Ensure all customers are receiving the highest level of customer service
  • Be immediately available or have little notice
  • Have strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills written, oral and listening
  • Be available to work in the office Monday to Friday
