With demand for our services from our clients at an all-time high and continuous growth and success within our market sector, we are embarking on a major recruitment drive and keen to recruit a talented Content Designer to join our project delivery team.

Location:
Remote - UK based
You MUST be able to pass Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). You need to have been a UK resident for a minimum of 5 years, not require sponsorship without a visa - Are you eligible?

The Role -
Content Designer

Key Responsibilities:

You will use research and analytics to understand user's needs, identify improvements to products and services and test different designs;
You will demonstrate excellent understanding of best practice in design;
You will work effectively in a multidisciplinary, agile environment, adapting quickly to changes in requirements, priorities or user needs;
You will advocate for accessibility and inclusion, consider the impact of new technologies and ensure that designs meet legal requirements;
You will test and monitor the performance of content and identify ways to iteratively improve it;
You will manage multiple projects in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment;
You will lead user research for our content, particularly on key/strategic feature updates.

Requirements:

Extensive demonstrable experience working as a content designer
Experience of evaluating and analysing information and data to propose improvements to content to ensure users' needs are met
Experience implementing and/or using analytics tools to analyse user behaviour, evaluate content and identify challenges and opportunities
Experience in choosing the best format for displaying information to the user
Skilled at identifying complex issues and creating simple and clear documentation providing solutions
Effective communication skills and the ability to express views and ideas both verbally and in writing
Experience of working within large, complex and geographically dispersed programmes
