As an Recruitment Consultant at Synergy CRS, you'll be dedicated to our key clients delivering a high quality service.

Managing the driving and industrial work force in a geographical area, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactive/Reactive Recruitment
  • Day to day Team Management
  • Reactive decision making
  • Conducting Training/Assessment Days
  • Conducting Disciplinary and Grievance meetings
  • Daily Availability Management
  • Business to Business Sales to generate new clients


As part of the role you will be expected to travel to locations across the UK for recruitment, training and client meetings.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
