Role Purpose
In this role of Internal Sales Supportyour remit will involve processing the sales orders through to delivery and Installation.


In this role, we are looking for someone who will:

• Raise and close quotations
• Process sales orders and payments
• Review and sign off access routes into properties for delivery.
• Confirm delivery arrangements with the client in a proactive and timely manner.
• Schedule the delivery, collection, and movement of Hot Tubs to meet client needs.
• Effectively allocate jobs to engineers, ensuring that full information is given, and all paperwork is completed and checked for the delivery and collection of Hot Tubs.
• Control costs through effective geographical planning and utilisation of return trips, monitoring the location of the Engineers and vehicles on route against arrival times

Our Internal Sales Support will bring the following skills, behaviours, and experiences to our team:

• Brilliant customer service experience, to build long terms relationships.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience of working within a phonebased role.
• Experience using Sage and Hubspot or similar CRM platforms is desirable.
• Has strong Microsoft Excel experience.
• Aptitude for logístical planning and people management.
• The ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently.
• Experience of working in a fluid environment where priorities can change.
• Always be looking for new and improved ways of enhancing the customer journey.
• Proactive, quick thinker adept at identifying and solving issues and communicating them accurately.

Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000 per year


Full-time, Permanent:
37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday
