Description

We are a small business, that has grown over the last few months, where we are now looking for an experienced office/contracts administrator to join our team.


Key responsibilities will be:
Working and liaising closely with management and other departments within the business.

Liaising with installation teams, suppliers and management

Clerical support including data entry, filing, mailing and working with our in-house CRM system.

Have excellent communication skills

Be proactive and independent thinking ability with demonstrated desire to learn and grow

Be thorough, well organised and be good with time management

Have a strong sense of responsibility and high integrity.

Proficient in using computers including Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and outlook.

Be friendly, calm and resilient

Be able to work well under pressure

Any qualifications will be advantageous


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10-£12 per hour
