Description
Bookkeeper required for Part time role in Construction business. Start date ASAP.Flexible hours - up to approx 10 hours per week.
Role would suit parent with time in between school drops/pickups.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Processing income and expenditure transactions.
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly).
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing and submitting VAT, CIS and EPS submissions.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll and pension data.
- Reconciliation against various accounts.
- Managing financial deadlines.
- Producing invoices on behalf of clients.
- Constant review of business processes to ensure efficiency.
Skills / Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Good time management and prioritisation skills.
- Can communicate confidently in writing, in person and by telephone.
- Is numerate and able to analyse data, delivering results in various reports.
- Pays attention to details, spots discrepancies and missing information.
- Able to work on own initiative and in a team environment.
- Must have a positive and flexible attitude.
Qualifications and Experience
- CIS experience required.
- Xero experience required.
- Dext experience preferred.
